The Park Lane project has filed a permit for the construction of a five-story parking garage on the property, the first sign and permit for vertical construction on the property. The previous permits were for ground work, infrastructure and stockpiling supplies.
No word yet on if the garage will be intended for residents, or for upcoming retail and the movie theater, but time will tell!
