OneR Apartments in Midtown is looking better and better every day. Loving this project, which will add a bit of residential density to Midtown.

I like that the building isn't just a square, it has some architectural elements that give the building depth and makes it interesting to look at. Also loving those giant windows!

    When will they be done? And how much are they renting for? No website yet?

    Or, mandated articulation is noise without substance. Buildings look nice when they have good finishes and relationship to their surroundings, not when they have a minimum number of corners.
