Finally, the permit for construction of the In-N-Out on Plumb/Kietzke where Redwood Rotisserie used to be, is submitted to the City.

PROJECT INCLUDES DEMOLITION OF EXISTING STRUCTURE, CONSTRUCTION OF NEW TYPE V-B BUILDING WITH A-2 OCCUPANCY CLASSIFICATION, FULL COMMERCIAL KITCHEN WITH HOOD AND FIRE SUPPRESSION SYSTEM, FIRE SPRINKLER SYSTEM, AND FIRE ALARM SYSTEM. SITE INCLUDES 94 PARKING SPACES, TWO DRIVE-THRU LANE (MERGE) , AND LANDSCAPING.
