Permits Filed for New Student Housing Project

Two permits have been filed for a large student housing project located at 434 Highland Avenue. It looks to be five stories tall, with an attached six story parking garage. It will house 901 students when complete. 

The first permit reads: 

COMMERCIAL GRADING & SITE IMPROVEMENTS. 2 STUDENT HOUSING APARTMENT BUILDINGS TIMBER FRAMED, 1 CONCRETE PARKING STRUCTURE TOTAL UNITS PROPOSED-268 TOTAL BEDS PROPOSED-901 SITE IMPROVEMENTS TO INCLUDE, LANDSCAPING, CURB AND GUTTER, SIDEWALK AND UTILITIES. EXISTING APN’S- 007-083-03, 04, 08, 09, 30, 32, 45, 46, 53, AND 54

The second permit reads: 

COMMERCIAL NEW CONSTRUCTION. SITE IMPROVEMENTS INCLUDED FULLY SPRINKLERED, FIVE-STORY RESIDENTIAL BUILDING WITH ATTACHED SIX-STORY PARKING GARAGE. THE BUILDING IS INTENDED TO BE USED AS STUDENT HOUSING APARTMENTS.

According to the permits above, the projects affects a lot of APN's, which I highlighted in red below.
