New retail permits have been pulled for Sticks and 777 Center. Speaking of Sticks, the last remaining buildings are currently going vertical and they are coming along nicely.
Ther permits are:
BLD17-04502, 740 SVA (Sticks), Acai Berry Juice and Parfait Bar, 1200 SF, in one of the new buildings. And;
BLD17-04468, 777 Center, Midtown Jewelers, 1156 SF, $80,000.
