ORDINANCE, INTRODUCTION (For Possible Action) Case No. TXT12-00005 (Billboard Moratorium) Bill No. Ordinance amending the Reno Municipal Code, Title 18, "Annexation and Land Development," Chapter 18.16, "Signs," Article IX, "Off-Premise Advertising Display," Section 18.16.901 et seq. to establish a moratorium prohibiting the acceptance of applications for new land uses proposing permanent off-premises advertising displays/billboards involving such uses and matters properly related thereto.
South Virginia Streetscape Standards
