The 'tin can' building, as it's known in the neighborhood, located at 675 Holcomb Avenue, has been purchased for $755,000, and has received improvements, including a 1,500 gallon grease interceptor, clean up of the interior, and a new glass storefront facade facing the parking lot coming soon.
The new owners would like to lease the space out to a restaurant or coffee shop, which is why they installed the grease interceptor. The changes, along with the interior demo work, helps position the property for a restaurant, deli, coffee shop or some other food-driven type of business.
