A year or so ago, an existing structure on the corner of Park Street and 2nd Street was renovated, and a new modern duplex was constructed next to it.
Now, on that same block, a nine-unit apartment building with a commercial space already spoken for is being constructed. Located on the corner of Kuenzli and Park Street, the little infill project essentially completes the transformation of the entire east side of Park Street between Kuenzli and 2nd Street.
