Sundance Bookstore will be moving into this gorgeous historic mansion downtown near the Nevada Museum of Art on June 1. The Levy Mansion as it's known is located on the corner of Sierra and California Avenue.

Wow, this is great! I really hope they can come up with creative uses for all the mansions on Cal Ave. It would definitely help the neighborhood if they could get businesses in all of them.
