It looks like 3rd Street Flats is introducing a really nice mid-level market product.
3rd Street Flats will offer junior one-bedroom apartments, and regular one-and- two-bedroom apartments. Wood style plank flooring, L-shaped or gallery kitchens depending on unit size, keyless entry, spa-inspired bathrooms with Grohe fixtures and quartz and espresso vanity are just some of the in-unit amenities.
Property amenities include a rooftop pool, social lounge, wellness studio, open-air courtyard, bike storage, boardroom community office space and more.

I remember when the nay sayers of this project stated it would never happen and that the developer was little more than a guy who rehabbed fast food restaurants. Glad to see this is happening!
