A mid-size apartment project is now under construction at 301 State Street, a vacant lot that used to host a weather station. The lot intersects Mill Street and State Street, along River Rock. Check out some construction pics below and a rendering posted on their sign.
According to the only permit I can find for the parcel, it will be a five-story 88-unit residential project with an underground garage.
