Nice Pics! When I went by the area today, I noticed pavers being laid at the ballpark site and wite preparations to pour a lot more concrete at the bus station. Looks like this area will continue to improve. I also noted that the Holcomb Townhouses site (14 or so units as I recall) on the corner of Holcomb and State has FINALLY started closing sales. I think they were originally priced at something like $499K. However, in the last 30 days or so FOUR of the units (1330 square feet with two car garages and big decks) have closed at prices between $160-$163K. If that Freight House area blossoms, I'll bet those units will increase in value over the next few years.
