Was there in 2007, walked in and right back out. One the the smokiest smelling places in Smoke City USA. Anyone working there should receive death benefits.

I agree with the comments by Mr. Peter Skene concerning the smoking environment in the Sienna. I live only 2 blocks away and would love to make it my neighborhood casino but each time I walk through to see what's going on I am overwhelmed by the smoke. Their ventilation system is fairly new but when 90% of the patrons smoke the best HVAC system will struggle.

I dunno. It seems this comment relates to all casinos everywhere, not just the Siena. It's a fact that most gamblers smoke, and their smoke affects everyone around them. I find that at every casino. What's the saying? Something like "A no smoking area in a restaurant is like a no peeing area in a swimming pool." I'm not a smoker and don't like sitting next to one at a casino, but I don't find the Siena to be any worse than most of the others.
