The Siena's web site has been updated, and offers clues on some of their plans.
http://www.sienareno.com/dining/ - The dining page mentions Da Vinci Steakhouse (probably replacing Lexie's), described as "serving the highest quality steaks, seafood and pasta dishes accompanied by a robust selection of fine wines." Sushi Saga will be joining Da Vinci Steakhouse and rounding out the dining area will be River View Cafe, which I am assuming is the old Contrada space. Joining those food venues, Down Under will offer appetizers and Siena Sports will offer juicy burgers, pizza and wings.
http://www.sienareno.com/casino/ - Sounds like the casino is being revamped as well. "Tiered lacquer mirror panels and North America's first installation of Tensoflex Brazil's animated panels and LED lighting throughout the casino area."
Judging from the overall wording on the site, Siena is definitely going for luxury higher end.
http://www.sienareno.com/aboutus/ - Talks about bringing in 'one thousand new pieces of artwork and inspired visual detail, some of which is the first of its kind in all of North America." and also "new Italian marble floors and sculpted panels in our lobby , luxury linens in our well appointed rooms and suites, and more intimate, world class dining in our four restaurants. "

Additional Info
Very interesting. Tensoflex is a very cool product and I am excited to see how they incorporate this into the casino. I am pleased to see they are pumping money into the property and not just dusting it off. Looks like I'll miss the reopening when I come down in March. Bummer....
