So on my same trip downtown, I noticed the State Street Center (170 South Virginia, where Fairly Grounded Too, La Famiglia and Fuego are located) had some activity on its second level, with some construction going on and a window boarded up. So I had my expert-permit-hunter Mike fish around, and he found a permit pulled for that address for up to $150,000 in construction. That is a fairly large construction permit, so I can't wait to see what is done with the building or who moves in! Anyone have a clue? Post it here.
