A new customer service center opening downtown in the Jones Vargas Tower across from the Reno Aces ballpark will bring 180 initial jobs to downtown and the potential for that to grow up to 500 jobs in the next five years. The company leased a whopping 14,000 square feet in the Jones Vargas Tower, which has been undergoing a series of renovations in the past few years.
Fusion Contact Center will join other firms like 3G Studios and of course, Jones Vargas. The company looked at 12+ other locations before settling on Reno.
