In some Midtown related news, Bernie Carter and Co has pulled permits for the next two buildings for the Sticks development, now that the first two are leased. The full scope of the Sticks project consist of 17 buildings total to be built out in phases arranged in a village-style layout.
The first two spaces are occupied by Chuy's and soon-to-be Two Chicks breakfast restaurant brought to you by girls at Gourmelt (I love the Pepper Popper!)
