No parking is required in the SVA Transit Oriented District for retail, bars or restaurants. Sticks had to fight to get what little parking they have.

they almost need a 3 story parking garage somewhere down there.

Parking is a issue but not a deal breaker. Why are people so turned off when they cannot secure a parking spot within 50 ft of their destination? AS few blocks of fresh air never hurt anyone.

Is there going to be enough parking for all these businesses? The parking lot it already full just when Two Chicks is busy.
