    I think Fulton/Douglas has the most potential to build on its large space and current use by the Knit, but any future is hugely dependent on what happens with the Projects-Formerly-Known-As-CommRow-and-Golden-Phoenix. Or just The Projects as it prefers to be known.

    I saw them cleaning out the Vino nightclub this morning. Ripping everything out. Wonder whats going on? That place has been dormant for a few years.
