CFCP LLC purchased 5.57 acres at Mill and Museum Way in Reno from Riverfront Village LLC. The buyer was represented by Harvey Fennell of Dickson Commercial and Jan Chubb of Dickson Realty. The sellers were represented by NAI Alliance. This project was originally slated to be a residential project called Grant's Landing, but became a victim of the housing collapse and recession. Shortly thereafter the land was rezoned to commercial, and has sat empty ever since. The land was used for parking for the Reno Aces Ballpark in season 1 of the Reno Aces but was closed off to the public for all of season 2.
