Okay, I realize I've been a bit critical of this project due to Star Bonds funding, but the overall tenant lineup looks pretty good given the economic climate. I guess others were correct when they said this project has somewhat turned into an outlet mall. Maybe they should rename it Phoenix since this center is built on the same general site as the original outlet mall. Second time is a charm?

This store list should make the apparel and outlet shopper happy. The main difference I noticed is the restaurant list has thinned out from previous lists--with T-Rex, Big Bang dueling piano bar, a Brazilian grill, Blowfish Sushi and several others not included in this phase. However, "Fudd's" is a welcome addition for the "build your burger" types! Anyone know if "Kingpins" is a bowling center? Even if some of the stores have pulled out or put their plans on hold and some may be disappointed with the latest lineup, having 40+ stores opening is still a big deal and much welcomed during these economic times. Thanks to the Legends developers and the new retailers for taking this chance!

MJD, the T-Rex Cafe, Tuscanos Brazilian Grill, Blowfish Sushi are slated for phase 2. Yesterdays release of tenants was for phase 1 only. "Kingpins" is an adult martini lounge/full bar with approximately 8-10 bowling lanes and a few pool tables. Kingpins will be similar to the "Pin-Up Bowl" in St. Louis. Kingpins will be located adjacent to the Cadillac Ranch Steakhouse/Chophouse on the second floor of building 'F'.

Looking at the list, there appears to be a lot of "factory outlet" versions of the big names coming...someone please remind what used to be in that same general area again...wasn't it a factory outlet store? Just a thought...

I'm excited about FreshBerry personally. I've been wondering when the area would get it's first new-age Frozen Yogurt Cafe (e.g. Pinkberry, Red Mango, FreshBerry). The only place in town I know of that has similar offerings to FreshBerry is the Keva Juice near Borders/Bed Bath & Beyond. Delicious and good for you! :)

Good stuff! I'm definitely happy with that lineup considering the economy! Kudos to RED for keeping the project rockin' n' rollin'!

I do have a suggestion for the Hotel and Casino including Red Development, they should use the top floor (or some floor high up) or even build another free standing tower with (like the laser tower) a ROTATING disco/bars/restaurants so the customers or tourists can see the whole area 24 hrs a day (espcially looking at the Reno Downtown skyline at night). We need that kind of facility to attract tourists to our area and make some money (I mean serious money). If we don't have something unique to offer then who wants to come. I don't really care who built in but I thought Legends at Sparks Marina is a perfect place.

Can Legends even build a high rise? Looks like it's in or too close to the airport's approach path. I doubt they'll allow a big lit up edifice either. I sincerely doubt a new casino will ever go in there.

Wiley, Ummm, did you forget about the Nugget and Grand Sierra Resort? Both are much closer to the Airport's flight path. The hotel tower at the Legends has already been approved IIRC.
